Redditors whose SO cheated : when does the pain go away and what unconventional strategy did you use to heal?

It's been 2 years and I just can't move on

Tried everything from therapy, travel, jounaling, meditation, coloring etc.

I lost the will to date anymore.

10 years of marriage and she just threw it away from a fling .. tried to forgive for the kids but that emboldened fer and then she left telling I'm being cruel to her
