Making a Prebuilt Quieter

I just got a prebuilt gaming PC. Asus ROG G700 with a 5080.

I noticed the PSU and the fans are a little too loud. What PSU/fans do you recommend that aren’t crazy expensive but would be quieter than what comes stock?

Is it pretty hard to swap them out? If I am a complete beginner is it better to take it to a PC store?
