Time between missions

After taking a break and then coming back months later, is it normal for the load times to be 3-5 minutes to view the stat screen? Then another 2 minutes after to get back to the barge, only to be removed from the squad and forced into another 2 minute load screen? Feels like it takes 10 minutes after a match just to get into the armory.
