Worried about recent insurance claim

Hey everyone, using throwaway for obvious reasons.

My friend and i were in a crash in a car park, we reversed out at the same time as another person and her car collided with our car.

At the time we got her name and phone number and she got my friends name and I think the rego of the car.

The car we were driving is in my friends name and only she is insured to drive it.

My friend put in an insurance claim but not sure if she said she was driving the car instead or me.

What would happen if the other person says to their insurance that I was driving and my friend said she was driving?

And if it’s not good can I tell my friend to call her insurance and tell them I was driving?

Need answers quickly please, I’m worried for my friend
