So Frustratinggggg

I just wanted to play some rivals before bed. First QP match went ok, started to have some ping problems in the second match but it was ok. Just a couple of spikes to like 200+ then right back to normal. Less than a few seconds.

I join a third match, I start getting random spikes to like 500-800 and it becomes unplayable. I load back to normal ping and I'm running into the enemy team or walls. I feel bad because this is happening and I am just not helpful to my team. Usually when I get random ping spikes it's not this bad (maybe like 80+) and they go away in a second. A few more mins go by of trying to play and it doesn't get better so I decide to just leave the game because my ping is now like 900+ and I can't do anything.

I wait a few min, my internet seems to be ok, I join another QP match, the match starts and I just cannot play AT ALL. My ping is going up to 1000+. I try to keep playing because I don't want a penalty but I see my team pinging for heals and I just can't help them. On my screen I am with the team and healing them but then it loads where I really am and I am across the map or running into a wall doing nothing helpful. So I bite the bullet and just leave this match as well since I can't do anything.

And I expected this, but I got a temporary ban from quickplay. I have literally never left games before, no matter how bad it's going. But I've never had such bad problems with my ping. I wish there was a way to report you are leaving because of ping or like they could detect it or something. I know that's probably impossible though. It's just so annoying because I enjoy playing, I didn't want to leave, but my ping was making it literally unplayable. And again, I was just in QP so it's not like I was hurting anyone's rank or anything by leaving.

Not that it really matters at the end of the day, just frustrating. I was really trying to play but couldn't, then got penalized for it.
