If I made this amount total on Mercari would I have received a 1099?

I started selling April 2024 and from April 2024 to November 2024 I sold a total of $896.27. Would that amount have been enough for the year of 2024 to receive a 1099 form and have to report to the IRS? If I’m not mistaken if you made less than $5,000 in 2024 you were not sent a 1099 form, is this correct?
