Please help: Can't shift down to 2nd, Automatic Transmission 2007 CL7

Hi all,

Maybe 1/2 the time when I'm driving with tiptronic, I can't shift down to second gear but it will skip to first gear for me. I can upshift to 2nd just not down from 3rd.

Also, D light was flashing a few drives ago but not now.

Any suggestions or experience is much appreciated
