Doris Seller

I have seen great reviews from Doris, now recently I’ve seen bad ones and I’m getting worried. I’ve ordered three bags from her, the PSPS took over a week, finally I approved them and she shipped them Feb 7th. The tracking hasn’t updated and it’s now Feb 16th. Is this normal? I know the shipments have to come to U.S first but I’ve used other sellers and it’s been much faster. I messages her and she barely replies, finally she did and she said it should update in a few days.
