Where to find Ivy or 54 for rehab?

I know this is a very long shot but my daughter's best friend is Chinese. I am hoping to find them both their "twin." For her friend (who is closest to 54 or Ivy) that seems to be $200-300. As much as love the girl, that $$ is out of the realm of possible.

Thinking outside the box- I thought maybe I could find one that needs love and restore it, but they are obviously the most well cared for dolls ever 🙃. I've tried Ebay, mercari, Etsy, goodwill online, and fb marketplace.

Any ideas on where I could find anything that could work? Even just the head to put on another body 😅

Or... anyone possibly know of a similar doll from another brand?
