Whirlpool Range WFG524SLAS2 No spark/weak spark

I have a whirlpool Range in which the bake setting started to have issues. I have ensured the ground wire is connected securely, and I replaced the spark igniter with zero changes. I also replaced the spark ignition module which also does not appear to have any better results. Real symptom I have is inconsistent spark, from the spark igniter. It is a sequence that includes two sparks, 4 total times, and then will pause for about 30 seconds before it tries to light again. Frequently there will be clicks as an attempt to spark, but no actual sparking. Sometimes it will have a weak spark, and other times it will spark normally and may or may not ignite the gas. No error codes in the service menu, and while checking the voltage it reads 30volts all the time, and sometimes up to 180 volts when activating the bake setting and sending power to the igniter. Anyone find any unusual solution to a similar problem? Thinking possibly the main board at this point. Broiler seems to work fine, although it only needs to light initially and will stay on indefinitely. All surface burners work as they should.
