What should I do

I had a conversation with someone who claims the Holy Spirit told them the rapture will happen on March 20/21. They are 100% certain and say there’s no possibility they’re wrong.

Biblically, I know Jesus said no one knows the day or hour (Matthew 24:36), so I’m concerned. How would you gently respond to someone like this without attacking them? What Scripture would you use?
