Need help with terrible lag bug on console.

I was playing yesterday and everything was completely fine and I got off after getting to the raphael talk near the thorn mausoleum. When i got back on the today, just terrible stuttering and lag came out of nowhere and it’s unplayable. It’s just weird because it was completely fine yesterday. Thanks for any help.
