Sintranos Hard S6 and S8 Champ List?

Is there a secret list of the champs that can get through these bottlenecks? I'd really like to start getting into Soulcross hard, but I haven't cleared both stages in the same rotation yet. I'm trying to keep notes after each rotation, but I can't help but hope that someone has already done the heavy lifting and invented the wheel first.
