I do not have children or grandchildren, but my friend, also over 65, knows many people. She knows a child of age 8 and another of 4 where the parents simply put them in " pull ups " and gave up potty training. She says she sees more of this . Is this normal these days, and schools accept this ?
I am shocked. I am 64 and was trained by age 2, and used cloth diapers. She says the parents view this as normal. I wonder if the kids are using this as a weapon : both are boys and throw screaming tantrums.
