Which clans and Bloodlines allows others to join them?

So as far as I know it's mainly the Temple of Set, and the Baali which will actively take converts from other clans.

With the Temple taking Initiates which afaik treated the same as normal setites, and the Baali taking Apostates, which are treated as second class fodder. Who else does this apply to? Like will the Assamites allow a random Gangrel to join them if they start following the Path of Blood?
