Is people who criticizes the dub were smarter than the english dub director, staff & its VA ?

Have any of you think the same thing ? I'm talking about the sub purist and the dub fans who had a point about this and were mixed on how the dubs were turn out to be mediocre to worst. to me, when i look every comment & post on this sub, other sub, in a clips in X and Myanimelist It seems like they can determine what is wrong or what is right like the directors ability, the localization/script writing, and comparing voice acting perfomance between original seiyuu & dub VA's

Oshi no Ko, Kids on the Slope (Sakamichi no Appollon), Lazarus, Jujutsu Kaisen, The Fragant flower were the example of it, Many hope the dubs will be good to great because the anime were well-received and popular, especially with their renowned seiyuu's, however the dub turn out to be mediocre and failed to capture the exceptional quality of the original Japanese versions.
