Does unifi stuff gets cheaper?

Someone is selling Flex 2.5G PoE at MSRP locally (no markup / tax / shipping) which is super rare

I have a UCG Fiber and have been using Poe injector.

I don’t really need the switch now but might need more than 4-port in the coming years.

Wondering if I should just buy the Poe switch up front (if price is unlikely to drop in the coming 3 years); or should I wait till when I actually need to expand?
