Asia Needs to Stop Pretending Sex Doesn’t Exist

Can we talk about how sex education in Asia is basically nonexistent? Kids grow up in silence, learning NOTHING about consent, boundaries, or even their own bodies. And then everyone acts shocked when sexual harassment is everywhere.

Seriously, how do you expect someone to understand what’s okay and what’s not if no one talks about it? Instead, society shames curiosity, whispers about bad girls and immoral boys, and pretends ignorance is protection, but it’s not.

Sex education isn’t about telling kids to have sex it’s about teaching respect, safety, and human decency. Until Asia stops treating sex like a dirty secret, harassment, abuse, and confusion will keep happening. And yeah, ignoring it doesn’t make it go away it makes it worse.
