I've had a period for near 5 years but it's now irregular

I'm honestly worried I got my first period when I was 10 after Halloween for the first 3 ish years it was normal a bit heavy but not that bad but then I got a cyst and yeast infection and after that it's been irregular really painful and heavy (to the point I threw up and bleed through the biggest night size in around 30-hour) this has been since around mid April we went to the ogpyn and put me on birth control with just a hormonal Inbalance when I started them my period was 14 days long and hell but it started becoming regular and a bit less painful but still -than I ran out of them just for them to tell me the ogbyn never saw me and I still haven't gone back yet it's honestly getting worse I only have my period every 2 months but the whole time during and in between I'm in pain nauseous tired and Bloated

If anyone has any tips or advice please let me know thank you
