Locked out of my main Reddit account?

So I had two factor authentication enabled on my Reddit account. I recently got a new phone and did not set up backup codes or transfer my authenticator. After that, I reset my Reddit password on the new phone, which logged me out of all devices. Now when I try to sign in, I am asked for the authenticator code, but I no longer have access to it. My old phone has been completely wiped, so I cannot retrieve anything from it.

I do not have backup codes, and I am locked out of my account everywhere. I have already submitted a support ticket but have not received a response yet. I still have access to the email address connected to the account, which I have been told may improve my chances of recovery.

I am especially concerned because I am the sole moderator of several subreddits that are currently unmoderated due to my account being inaccessible. I have invested a lot of time and effort into them and would really like to regain access.

I understand now that I should have saved my backup codes and will absolutely do so in the future. I am just trying to figure out the best way to contact Reddit or move this process forward. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
