engagement party air bnbs/venues

hi everyone!!

i’m planning my engagement party sometime in may/june and could use some advice finding the right venue.

party size is about 50 people

time: roughly 5 pm to midnight but looking to book an airbnb or something for the full day

no alcohol or smoking AT ALL - fully sober party

we’re hoping for an outdoor or tent-style venue. ideally, it would something budget-friendly (under $1.5k for the venue rental) where we can decorate the space ourselves. we’ve been trying to search on airbnb but it’s been hard to filter for this, so i thought i’d ask here in case anyone has recommendations or knows of any spaces.
