What can I achieve other than getting a gf?

27m and I come from household where getting a gf is forbidden. I have major depression because of it and started getting addicted to corn at 17. I want to numb my loneliness but it is destroying me other ways. I am currently Day 17 and I need a push to keep going. What can I strive towards other than getting a loving partner to beat this addiction?
