How good would be King boo (mariomon) in competitive singles and VGC

For those who don't know mariomon is a pokemon rom hack created by Alpharad where instead of using pokemon you are using mario character my personal favorite capture to use is King Boo so i would like to know how good it would be ,its a Dark/Ghost type with the ability levitate giving him 4 immunities (ground,normal,fighting and psychic ) 1 resistance (poison ) and 1 weakness fairy .The stat of this mon are as follow: Hp:110 Attack:55 Defense:60 Special attack:90 Spdef:130 Speed:50. Some notable move that King boo has are: Dark Pulse ,Bitter Malice and Shadow ball for coverage he has access to thunderbolt ,mystical fire draining kiss and signal beam he also access to Destiny bond ,subsistute,Nasty plot and will-O-wisp ,Trick room, trick, Light screen and Reflect,taunt and obviously protect .he has no good recovery with is only option being Rest. So how good would it be?
