Religion vs Science being man made

Christianity

Okay i dont know if this is gonna make sense but hear me out. What if the entirety of "science" even when it comes on to evolution is a lie? Because people critisize the bible alot for being man made but science on a whole is also manmade.

You might explain that there is "evidence" behind evolution, but who really created such "evidence"? Wasnt it man made? For example, if we use mathematics and say 1+1 equals 2, sure we can say that it makes sense, but really and truly, men created mathematics. With that same logic, I would argue that the same explanations and logic that scientists use as "evidence" for their claim are all man made and its just that men gathered information that they created themselves and then called it "evidence" but is it really actually evidence or just simply delusional explanations that men created themselves? So how do we really know that theyre legit given that its all manmade just like how we question the bible for being manmade?.

You might also argue that evolution in science is true because scientist all across the world come up with the same answer and stuff like that but in truth, theyre all using the same educational system and information that was created by men thousands of years ago. So it wouldnt be that unbelievable for them to come up with same answers if theyre using the same forms of information gathered by past men.
