How to organize a master playset ?

Being trying to make a master plasyset of Gothic, I tried puting all copies of Ordinaries and Exceptionals in penny sleeves and in binder slots, but 4x of a card in a penny sleeve in a single slot seems to warp the binder.

For the people who have done a master playset, how do you organize it ?
