Does this sound allergy related, a cold or sinusitis?

As someone that’s dealt with sinus issues for years, it’s been maybe 2-3 years since I needed antibiotics. Around July last year was the last time when I was “sick” or at least the closest thing to it. But it was still better than what I experienced with sinus issues in the past. For the past 2-3 days, I’ve been sneezing and felt like I had to use nasal spray more than usual. I woke up very early yesterday morning and felt fine, until I tried falling back asleep and started sneezing. I could feel the build up in my nose and around my throat, didn’t have a tissue and already deal with a post nasal drip. Since then, I don’t actually feel sick and my temp is normal. But I can get stuffy and tend to either feel it in my nose or throat, yesterday in my ears. I’ve had to use my neti pot back to back days, it’s like whatever built up yesterday morning can’t be flushed out. And when I lay down a certain way, it can get better or worse. Is it the early stages of getting sick?
