Tramontana in Argentina

Hi! I live in nyc and just came back from Patagonia a few days ago. I had the best ice cream flavor while I was in Argentina. It was called tramontana and was a mix of regular sweet / vanilla ice cream plus dulce de leche and these crunchy chocolate balls.

I tried looking up this flavor and wasn’t able to find it anywhere near me. Does anyone know if there are stores in nyc or online shops that ship to the US that have this flavor. I haven’t been able to stop thinking about it.
