AI Engineer – Planning NIW in AI. Looking to connect with similar profiles

Hi everyone,

I’m an AI engineer with 4+ years of industry experience and a U.S. Master’s degree. I’ve published couple of papers in reputed conferences/journals focused on ML and LLM evaluation. I’m planning to pursue an EB-2 NIW with a proposed endeavor centered around AI (likely AI governance, compliance, or responsible AI systems).

I can secure strong independent recommendation letters from senior professionals in the field. I’m also planning to increase my contributions to the AI community (peer review, technical writing, standards/consortium participation, etc.) to strengthen my profile further before filing.

I’d love to connect with anyone who has a similar background (industry AI + publications) and has successfully received NIW approval.

• How you framed your proposed endeavor (industry-focused vs research-focused)
• What evidence carried the most weight
• What you did to strengthen your profile before filing
• Whether you worked with an attorney (and how you chose one)
