ISO: Ride/Hauling Help Orlando -> New Orleans

I’m looking for mutual aid in the form of logistics/transport. I’m moving back to New Orleans in about 3 weeks (early March) after 20 years away.

I’m priced out of renting a truck (quotes are hitting ~$800), so I’m looking for someone with a truck or large van who might be heading that way or willing to make the run. It’s about a 9-hour drive.

What I have:

• Funds to cover the gas for the trip.
• Good company (I’m an old-school punk, retired chef, and current student).

What I need:

• A ride for me, the cat, and my stuff.
