Insane FPS drops

I’ve had this issue for a while now where at random times, commonly when loading in but also just any time in a game, my fps will just tank from 110/80 all the way to pretty much freezing, doing this on and off.

Putting my graphics to poop doesn’t change anything.

Drivers updated, repaired files, always play with nothing else running, even uninstalled and installed on steam to see if blizzard was the problem.

Today I just put all my graphics setting to max 4k epic and somehow it honestly stopped it a bit and was easy resting at 60 but could be coincidence.

Anyone got any ideas.
