Went on a second date and got attacked by his ex

Yesterday I (22f) went on a date with a 26m. We’ve hung out multiple times but this was our second official date. The beginning of the date started off so well, went to see a movie and we decided to get food and eat it at his house after. As we’re eating our food in walks a girl and I first thought it was his sister until he said her name. I had no idea what to do, I was so uncomfortable and I just wanted to leave and let them do their thing but he was my ride and I was about 50 mins from home. I ended up voice recording just in case and turns out to be the best decision of the night. As they’re talking she says she wants to talk to me and my naive ass went to his room with the both of them to talk. He closed the door and she immediately attacked me. She grabbed my hair and started punching and kicking me, he takes a sec to jump in and try to get her off of me. I can’t see anything, he accidentally chokes me trying to pry her hand out of my hair and after a literal minute and a half I’m finally able to slide out from under them and as I do I see a knife on her hip. Probably stupid of me but I didn’t want her to use it on me so I took it and RAN out of there. I make my way to a safe-ish spot in the neighborhood and call 911. There’s a lot more to it and I might get into that in a different post but I ended up injured and now I think I want to press charges but I’m really scared. I’m also kind of traumatized by the whole situation. It’s really been affecting me and I’m not sure how to manage until my next therapy appointment. If you have any advice please share.
