Do I feed the starter?

Usually if I want to bake bread I’ll feed it the night before. Plans changed and I suddenly have time tomorrow. Last feed was 3PM Monday. Do I just bake it hungry or feed it at like 10AM tuesday and wait a few hours for activity? Waiting wouldn’t be ideal for the schedule but if that’s what’s recommended I’ll do it
