Does anyone know what happened to Bad Bar?

I'm being a little nosey, but does anyone know what happened to Bad Bar by Big Mario's?

My gf and I wanted to check it out but there's a notice from the sheriff's office up on the doors. It doesn't say anything about an eviction, and I'm curious if anyone knows anything about it.
