USPS Parcel select or First class mail? Shipping profiles?

I've scoured multiple posts but couldn't find an answer.

I'm currently creating a shipping profile for an item, and I couldn't see the Ground Advantage option. So I heard that it's because etsy still hasn't made the changes to the names, but what I can't get a solid answer on is: is the "First Class Mail" the right one to enable ground advantage as an option, or is "Parcel select ground" the one i need to enable for ground advantage to be available to buyers?

Or do i need to check both of them?

Also might be a bit of a dumb question but, i see that fedex or ups isn't showing when creating a shipping profile. How do i go about offering those? People say to use pirateship, but I don't understand it. If only USPS is available as choices to the buyer, they'd only be able to pay the calculated shipping price for USPS services right?
