Loss of Identity?

Does anyone here felt like they lost some of their previous identity when they became disabled? This is all newer to me (2 years), and I am really struggling with my identity. I feel like I lost who I was. I am still overexerting myself to try and be what I used to be. I just can't seem to accept that I'll likely never bike trails again, or teach, or have the super clean house I used to. Does anyone have any insight or wisdom or any suggestions to finding yourself again?
