Weird Long sleeve Emmitt Smith Jersey

Found this thing at my local thrift store, I’ve never seen a cowboys long sleeve jersey like this before.

Picked it up for the novelty but don’t know anything about it. If you know more info on what it is then let me know. All I know it’s that it’s a pretty heavy and thick material, the numbers are sewed on and it’s a big size.
