Keeping a Job

❓Question Post

I 23 F am ashamed to say I’ve amounted to nothing in life, I dropped out of high school right before the pandemic hit. Didn’t get my diploma. Did nothing during covid. Recently went to college for 3 weeks and dropped out. Haven’t held a job longer then a year. I’ve done welding, warehouse, factory, butchering, processing, convenience stores, retail stores and restaurants. Don’t have an interest in any of them. No interest in healthcare. I don’t have any passions. But I long to be a productive member of society and make something of myself.

Those who have stayed in employment longer than 2 years with minimal call ins/sick notes, what’s helped you?
