Wells Fargo PH benefits package? HMO dependents, night diff, bonuses, WFH?

I hope it’s okay to ask this here — I originally tried posting in another PH career subreddit but it looks like company-specific benefits questions weren’t being accepted, so I’m hoping to get some visibility here as well.

I’m currently working in a banking operations role at JPMorgan Chase Philippines (not really BPO, more of an in-house shared services setup), and I’m considering applying to Wells Fargo PH. Before making any decisions, I just want to understand how the overall benefits and compensation structure compare.

Questions for current/former Wells Fargo PH employees:

1. HMO / Medical Coverage

   • Does Wells Fargo cover dependents?

   • How many dependents are included?

2. Life Insurance

   • Is there group life insurance coverage (e.g., multiple of monthly salary)?

3. Work Setup

   • Hybrid or full onsite?

   • Any WFH days and allowances?

4. Allowances

   • Are there monthly allowances (rice/meal/internet/transport)?

5. Night Differential

   • How is night diff computed? Flat percentage like other banks?

6. Leaves

   • How many VL/SL per year?

   • Convertible to cash or use-it-or-lose-it?

7. Leave Eligibility

   • How soon can new hires start using vacation leave?

8. Bonuses / Annual Incentives

   • Performance bonus structure?

   • Any additional annual pay beyond 13th month?

PS: I’m grateful for my current job and the experience I’ve gained so far, I’ve just been feeling a bit “overworked but underpaid” lately, so I’m trying to carefully weigh long-term growth, workload, and benefits before making a move.
