Hotels for Canton Fair. Am I thinking right?

I am going to visit china for almost a month for canton fair. I see budget hotels with great reviews on trip.com, are these reliable? hotels.com have less than 100 reviews which seems insufficient and agoda has almost no reviews that you can read, they do show “1000+ reviews” as a text but you have no access to read reviews individually. I think the reviews agoda shows are from trip.com.

Could you please let me know what’s what if you have the experience??
