Little background, I am a 36 and started drawing for the first time in my life less than a year ago so this isn't a masterpiece by any means lol (I also cant seem to get my color pencil drawings to look like they do in real life when I scan them). The back legs are a little off because my son grabbed a pencil and completed a couple spots he apparently thought weren't quite done yet! I didn't have the heart to erase what he drew so I used his lines so it was his work as well as mine. I never share what I draw with people I don't know but figured, if anyone would be nice, it'd be Paw Patrol fans! I actually had a lot of fun with this one and I think I am going to have to draw some more in the near future once I decide which pup to do next. My son is obsessed with Paw Patrol (Especially Skye) and I am starting to think I am enjoying it almost as much as he does at times. They seem to be fun characters to draw when I am not obsessing over perfection.

For anyone more interesting in the technical side of the drawing. I color using Prismacolor Colored Pencils which are a decent brand for those who aren't into color pencil drawings. They are waxy and allow you to blend colors together which Ill go more into in a second. Messed up in a few places because I originally started with just using brown on her back legs but decided to go with my usual preference of combining purple and yellow shades together on the front legs and face. Gives it a bit more of a happy and bright feel to it. Im gonna have to go back one of these days and make another.

I hope you all like it! Feel free to tell me what you like about it or things that stand out that don't look quite right. I am all about improving.
