AW/Antorus on Alts

Hello!

I am trying to get to the Antoran Wastes and ultimately Antorus on my alt toons. However, Blizzard seems to have changed how it works after Remix, and my alts don't have any of the teleporter pads unlocked even though I have them unlocked on my main. I've done up to Securing a Foothold (where you get access to the Antoran Wastes) on my main. On my alts, I did the quests all the way up to Rendezvous, where you unlock the teleporter, and I only have the first spot, the Krokuun Hovel. Wowhead and other resources like BTWQuests aren't helping. Does anyone know if I need to do the whole Argus (The Assault Begins) questline on my alts as well? Thanks!
