Have to return my cpap machine

I didn’t meet compliance within the first 90 days, so medical weat said I have to return my machine. It’s my fault obviously. I didn’t use it for the 21 days out of 30 days every month. I used it for 5-8 hours on days I did use it though. It’s been hard adjusting. I get sore throats, nose bleeds, and my jaw sore from using a chin strap to keep my mouth shut. I’ve tried 3 different masks, 2 different chin straps, and it’s hard to find something that works. I get really bad congestion and get sick easily in the winter, and it has just been really hard to use it when I’m sick.

They said I can get a restart prescription after I do a follow up. I really want to be successful at using it. I didn’t think it would be so hard to adjust.
