Module that cleans up the top bar of character sheets/item windows/etc.

I distinctly remember stumbling across a module that is designed to take the myriad of buttons and words added to the top of a sheet and makes them smaller. However, I can't remember the name of that module.

Does anybody know the one I'm talking about?
