New to VR and seeking help

I got a meta quest 3 for myself to play with my friends recently and I'm having an issue that as far as I know started today. I tried playing Orion drift, gorilla tag and rec room. they've all failed, with rec room saying code: timber and Orion drift saying java.lang.nullpointerexception: attestation request failed (executionexception after 248ms). I don't remember what gorilla tag said but I remember the message being similar to Orion drifts. gorilla tag let me in the tree where it spawns me, and I didn't try leaving but I found the error on the computer. Orion drift wouldn't let me do anything but stare at the title screen and error message and rec room tried to have me sign into my account but wouldn't let me. I've tried forgetting and reconnecting to my wifi, system restarts and some other things. I can't seem to see if I can update any of these games and I can't seem to update the system either (I'm pretty sure it's just cause they're all up to date) but weirdly vr chat worked fine so I don't really know what's happening with my system. I was contemplating a factory reset so I guess this is the last ditch. any help is appreciated!
