Thermostat that only activates when a door is closed

I have a thermostat that controls a heater below my sink in the bathroom. I like to keep the bathroom a little toastier than the hallway outside of the bathroom which has the main thermostat for the bedrooms nearby. My wife can’t seem to close the bathroom door ever which then causes the heater to run more often which leads to the hallway being warmer and then the bedroom colder because the main thermostat kicks off from the bathroom heat.

Any recommendations for a Tuya enabled thermostat and door sensor that I can then configure the thermostat in the bathroom to only kick on when the door is closed? Or another suggestion to solve my problem that doesn’t involve banning my wife from the master bathroom.
