DMV - Does the property owner need to come with me for DMV 116?

For my NV license residency proof, I am preparing to submit a Property Owner Residency Affidavit (Form DMV 116) in Nevada. My spouse owns the property. Do they have to come with me to the office and sign in front of the DMV technician? I do not want to spend on notarization.
