Form 8949 - What to do with a massive file?

I am planning on using turbotax to file.

I have a gain/loss CSV from coinbase, has roughly 200 lines on it, and includes cost basis data. I also have a 1099-DA from them with cost basis data too. But this isn't my main concern.

I have a form 8949 that was generated by my tax software, with totals summarized on a form schedule D. This represents the rest of the data I need to get in the return. Transactions that had nothing to do with, and never touched coinbase. What are we supposed to do here, when the form is over 2000 pages and 500 megabytes? The tax software did generate a gain/loss CSV for this data as well that supposedly will import into turbotax. I'm wondering though, if it is going to handle 12000+ lines.

Has anyone here been in a situation like this, with a large number of lines?
