Does anyone else have classmates who are illiterate with computers?

For context, I'm in a CS degree, I'd expect you to have some knowledge on how to USE a computer.

The professor asks us to look up something on Google. This girl next to me turns her laptop to me and goes "my Google isn't working" and she shows me her search history. She typed the search term into her search history and was confused why it wasn't searching the internet?

People ask me how to create a file, how to change the colour of a slide. I had to REFORMAT an entire group project report because my group mates thought that making the text bigger meant it was a heading. People come to me asking why their code isn't working and they've pasted AI generated code into a text file and say "it's not working".

Does anyone else have this issue? How do I even respond?
