Started a speed dating night in Eureka for people sick of apps - first event was a hit!
Hey Humboldt! I wanted to share something I just launched locally.
I started The Connection Club after watching too many friends burn out on dating apps. Our first speed dating event last month brought together 19 people at Humboldt Bay Provisions, and honestly? It was amazing to see people actually talking and laughing face-to-face.
We've got three more events coming up in March for different age groups:
- March 5th: Ages 50+
- March 7th: Ages 38-52
- March 20th: Ages 30-42
All at Humboldt Bay Provisions, 6-8:30pm. Capped at 20 people to keep it quality over quantity.
