Van Parking in the city

Hi all, has anyone had any luck with renting a parking spot somewhere? I'm about 1 year out from transitioning to my van, and have been planning on stealth camping and parking at work. (I work for a logistics company that has several vans anyway). That's another option I would like to have a parking spot that I could go to in the city now and then. Does anybody do this? And if so how did you find it?
